Orders will be processed only after full payment is received and confirmed in Valarmathy Blue Metals's account.
Order processing may take up to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Customers may request modifications to their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
If no modification request is received within this period, the order will be processed as originally submitted.
We deliver construction materials across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry using our own fleet and courier partners.
If the selected delivery option does not service your location, we will recommend an alternative.
Valarmathy Blue Metals is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Strikes or shutdowns
Operational disruptions
Any unforeseen external circumstances
Valarmathy Blue Metals reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion.
If payment has already been received, the full amount will be refunded, and the customer will be notified via email.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a 75% refund, with 25% deducted as processing and handling fees.
If a delivery is made and the customer rejects the shipment, only 50% of the total order value will be refunded.
